Pilates
Pilates is a unique body conditioning regime which will rebalance your muscle groups, correct your postural alignment and restore natural, normal movement. Making your overall health and appearance improve as your body becomes longer, leaner and more toned.

Bootcamp 
SERIOUS RESULTS SERIOUSLY FAST! This 45 minute class is designed to get you working, hard and fast, based on the military style of Boot Camp, you will work your way through drills, team based activities and plenty of sweat!

Punch Fitness 
A non-contact class utilizing the best boxing and kick boxing drills with a huge array of boxing equipment, bags, floor to ceiling balls and focus pads, with pumping background music to fire you up. Great fat burning and muscle toning class whilst developing self defense skills.
